Deliberative Council (competition)
The proposal of an architectural space - exterior and interior as a whole - capable of becoming a place of debate and agreement of citizens and as such a creator of civility. Hence the way of being implemented on the site, responding to the directions that arise from the immediate fabric and the particularly urban mixed-use block according to the intervention strategy.
A building that creates the public space that surrounds it - the waterfront to the south, the passage to the north, the ravine promenade to the west and the event plaza to the east - taking charge of its configuration and with a scale and conformation according to the space of the River in front of it. , an institution inserted in the landscape.
