House in Calamuchita
Through topographical work, a portion of the slope is displaced and stretched in a counterslope towards the riverbed, generating an ascending plane on the edge of which the panoramic views reach their maximum prominence.
A slight rotation of the rectangular plan allows you to take the north fully and the view towards the meander of the river where its sinuosity is very pronounced and a rock formation punctuates it.
The set is made up of a set of two volumes:
One larger, predominant one and the other, small, with vertical emphasis, is placed lying on the slope against the southern limit, buried at its eastern end and raised to the west, perpendicular to the river, almost above it.
As a viewing terrace, the green roof on the inclined roof of the house naturalizes the artifice, forms a privileged open-air living space and makes the four elements of nature present, culturalizing them.
