We spend much of our time working, so we think of open, flexible, bright spaces that accentuate meetings, teamwork and the development of ideas.
The 6m front by 8m deep lot is located on a busy neighborhood avenue. We generated a retreat, leaving a small patio in front where there was a lemon tree, a transition with the urban space.
Built with a metal structure and assembly materials, this allowed us ease of construction in hyper-reduced spaces and with preexisting conditions.
The space, a square 6x6 m on a side and 9 m high, houses the program of an architecture office and a family developer. A viewing terrace is offered as a place to observe and relax between work days.
