House in Calamuchita

On the western slope of a mountain terrain with imposing views of the large mountains, we were commissioned to build a tourist complex of temporary apartments, a hotel and a restaurant.

The challenge was to achieve the least impact on the place.

The work consisted of carving the topography following the natural slope, and thus being able to establish the architecture with the greatest respect and the least impact possible.

The work with good landscape advisors allowed us to propose landscaped roofs with native species, recovering the land occupied by the footprint of architecture.

Reinforced concrete, stone and Corten steel were the main materials used, thus establishing a dialogue without contrasts with the place.
