House IZ
A house from the 40s in a traditional neighborhood of the city of Córdoba, with generous streets and sidewalks. The house needed to incorporate more air and light and link certain interior spaces that were separated. She also requested a private garden for the contemplative life of its owner.
The operation consisted of linking the house with the outside universe, incorporating light, air, and sun into the existing spaces, a new contract for contemplative life, adding more value without incorporating square meters of construction.
